Social Media Manager at Eurail
Shayna joined Eurail in November 2021 as a Social Media marketer, responsible for overlooking the brand’s social media presence and strategy. Since then, she has grown into the role of Social Media Manager and has been a key player in shaping Eurail’s digital narrative.
Shayna’s day-to-day responsibilities entail a versatile approach to curating Eurail’s online identity. She manages the company’s social media channels, from crafting creative content calendars to creating strong social engagement strategies. Shayna ensures that Eurail’s brand voice resonates consistently across every digital touchpoint, fostering meaningful connections with a global audience.
Following her career in the U.S., Shayna pursued her curiosity in the Netherlands to earn a master’s in media before starting her role at Eurail. Shayna enjoys combining her passion for social media with train travel to craft content and messaging that can make a positive impact now and for future generations.
When Shayna is not working, she enjoys going to work out classes, scrolling on TikTok and spending time at the beach.
Eurail B.V. manages and sells the Eurail and Interrail train Passes and is owned by more than 35 European railway and ferry companies. Passes are sold directly via the web shops Eurail.com and Interrail.eu and indirectly via a global network of distributors. Eurail is based in Utrecht, the Netherlands and has more than 200 people.
