Addressing Industry Challenges

The travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors often grapple with the challenge of finding skilled staff, a struggle that has been exacerbated by Brexit and the impact of Covid. We rise to this challenge by offering a solution – connecting employers with a diverse pool of skilled individuals eager to re-enter the workforce.

Social Impact

As a social enterprise, our mission aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, specifically targeting Gender Equality (Goal 5), Decent Work and Economic Growth (Goal 8), and Reduced Inequalities (Goal 10). We are committed to economically empowering women from disadvantaged backgrounds by facilitating their entry into the dynamic fields of Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, and Events.

Meet Our Trailblazer
