Shalini is a Sales Manager at Intrepid travel for UK and Europe team. She joined the business nearly three years ago as a Sales Consultant before moving into a leadership position. Shalini has over six years of experience in the travel industry with a background spanning sales, product marketing and research. She completed her Masters in International Tourism Management from University of Surrey in 2022 during which she collaborated with World Economic Forum on their biennial report – Travel and Tourism Development Index.
Shalini is passionate about resonating Intrepid’s values of Together, Real, Impactful and Ambitious by building a strong and supportive culture for her team while delivering excellent customer service, developing high performing individuals and promoting sustainable travel practices.
