Nicole Cutrufo is currently an AI Product Manager at Harvard Business School and the founder of Doitwell, a consulting firm specializing in digital transformation, based in Boston. Her work focuses on integrating AI and emerging digital technologies in the education, hospitality, and tourism fields. Nicole Cutrufo leads the development of AI-powered learning and career platforms that promote inclusive innovation and access, and previously advised organizations such as the European Parliament on post-pandemic tourism strategies.
Nicole Cutrufo has led innovation in the fields of hospitality tech, and human-centered design, from operational leadership roles at Disney and Universal Orlando, to regional strategic leadership at GetYourGuide. As Regional Manager for Italy, she led marketing, operations, and product development, launching e-commerce initiatives, digital products, and technology solutions that generated multi-million-euro sales. Nicole has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at Roma Tre University, where she taught digital transformation in the guest experience. As founder of Doitwell, a purpose-driven consultancy, she has guided digital transformation for hospitality brands, non-profits, and public institutions across Europe and the U.S., and is developing AI-driven tools to support workforce upskilling and institutional innovation across academic and industry settings.
