Nicola leads our National Consumer & Travel sector. She is an active member of the travel community, presenting at conferences, sharing her expertise on the current M&A market and speaking in the media. She has a wide network of contacts across private equity having transacted deals in the sector for almost 20 years. Nicola advises companies across a range of transactions and phases of growth including full sale mandates, management buy-outs, secondary buy-outs, sales of minority interests and raising debt finance. She has transaction experience across the consumer sector and has completed deals with a combined value of over £1bn. She is a fellow of the ICAEW.
