Koula Achillea is a commercially focused and hands-on Finance Director with almost 20 years of experience across the leisure, travel and hospitality sectors.
Throughout her career, she has supported businesses with turnovers ranging from £60 million to £700 million during periods of growth, change and investment. Her experience includes operational excellence, strategic decision-making and long-term business planning, as well as responsibility for finance, revenue management, procurement, transformation and legal functions.
Before joining Marella Cruises, Koula held Finance Director roles at Oakman Group and Butlin’s. In these positions, she worked with operators and owners to improve guest experience and profitability while supporting growth and major investment programmes.
