Jo Rzymowska has had a remarkable international career holding senior commercial, sales and marketing roles at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Universal Studios, Thomas Cook and Royal Caribbean Cruises, culminating as Celebrity Cruises’ Vice President and Managing Director, EMEA.
Rzymowska is renowned for her passionate commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, in particular advocating for both women and the LGBTQ+ community. Rzymowska was a founding partner of TTG’s LGBT Travel Network and is an advisor to the industry, championing female leadership and male allyship. Her contribution is regularly recognised across the sector, most recently named as one of the world’s best LGBT+ executive role models by Yahoo! Finance.
Jo is now dedicated to helping businesses and individuals navigate their way to success through razor-sharp strategy and expert coaching and mentoring, as she launches Jovolution Ltd.
