At Trip.com Group, Jane is focused on integrating sustainability into every aspect of the business, aligning environmental and social goals with the company’s international growth and innovation.
Jane has held senior leadership positions at major brands like Expedia, Disney, and Microsoft, where she led award-winning initiatives for Tourist Boards worldwide.
In 2025, Jane was appointed to the Board of the Scottish Tourism Alliance (STA), the leadership body for Scotland’s tourism and hospitality industry.
