Chief Commercial Officer at DiamondAir International
I started my career in the travel industry with British Airways working in various commercial roles finally heading up the TMC Sales team in the UK & Ireland as well as Managing Director of CallBA, a wholly owned subsidiary of British Airways which was their international call centre. I joined Japan Airlines after 19 years at British Airways in 2017 heading up their European global sales division to manage their change to focus on non-Japanese sales after six years left and joined DiamondAir International as Chief Commercial Officer at the start of October 2023. I am also a non-Exec Director for the Institute of Travel Management.
