Holly is a Partner at Leathwaite, a leading global executive search and leadership consulting firm, where she is the Global Head of the CEO and Board Practice and leads on their People, Planet and Purpose roadmap.
Holly has 30 years of experience, having been a Partner at both Korn Ferry and Odgers Berndtson and the founding Director of her own executive search firm.
She is the Co-founder of Balance the Board, an organisation that supports diverse talent breaking through to Board and C-suite level and a Non-Executive Director of The PM Trust charity.
Earlier in her career, Holly worked for the Walt Disney organisation in the USA, London and Paris.
Holly is a member of the UK Hospitality Diversity & Inclusion Council and a mentor for the KPMG Cross Company Allyship Program.
She holds a Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring in Management from Leeds Metropolitan University.
