Founder of Best Workplaces in Travel
In May 2022, I was appointed to the Board of Directors at AWTE, which supports and promotes the careers of women in travel, tourism, and hospitality. I am responsible for driving revenue and growth, through partnerships and sponsorships. In January 2022, I launched Best Workplaces in Travel, alongside workplace culture experts, Purple Cubed, when there was a heightened focus on people, purpose and culture. In December 2020, I joined a NFP social enterprise, Working with Cancer in a voluntary ambassadorial role. Through her own experience, coupled with HR and recruitment knowledge, she adds significant value to others who have been affected by cancer and returning to work. Co-founded Gail Kenny Executive Recruitment in 2004 to become the “go-to” executive travel recruitment consultancy. I have, with my team, helped build the senior management teams of privately owned, VC or PE-backed travel businesses. As a result of 20+ years in the travel industry, I have developed an extensive network of connections.
