
Director, ANVR
Frank Radstake is Director of ANVR, the Dutch Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators, a position he assumed in summer 2024 after fifteen years of service within the organization. In this role, next to being a spokesperson for travel industry, he oversees legal and consumer affairs, social policy, innovation, and sustainability initiatives for a sector that organizes approximately 4 million outbound trips annually from the Netherlands.
Beyond his national responsibilities, Frank serves on the Executive Board of ECTAA, the European travel agents’ and tour operators’ association, having been elected to this position in May 2026. His work emphasizes creating a future-proof travel industry through sustainable practices, focusing on climate action, sustainable supply chains, and the positive impact of tourism on people and destinations.
He has extensive experience as a conference chair, having served multiple times as the day chair of the multi-day ANVR Congress, where he brings together industry leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders to address key challenges and opportunities facing the travel sector.
Frank lives in the centre of the Netherlands with his boyfriend and is the proud father of a son (21) and a daughter (16). As an openly gay man, he brings a personal perspective on diversity and inclusion to his professional work in tourism.
