Elle is the founder of Destination Rainbow, an award-winning LGBTQ+ travel company, and Adventures By, an independent travel agency based in East Sussex with a growing team of homeworkers and a high-street travel hub. She combines commercial travel expertise with a passion for making travel more inclusive for everyone.
A recognised advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion, Elle works with destinations, hotels and travel brands to improve representation and create genuinely welcoming travel experiences. She is a regular speaker at industry events and has been featured in leading travel publications for her work to drive positive change across tourism.
In 2025, Elle received the IWTTF Woman Mentee Award. She is passionate about raising standards across the travel industry and believes every traveller deserves to feel safe, welcome and represented, wherever they choose to explore.
