Caroline was late diagnosed in 2022 with Autism Spectrum Disorder at age 40, and has since been on a journey of personal discovery as to how that impacts her in relationships, work and life generally. She works in the tech industry as a Product leader and is a passionate advocate for disability awareness and inclusive leadership.
