IWTTF is a great initiative. It celebrates an industry I have worked in for over 20 years and it promotes the hard work, resilience and determination of women within the industry. Diversity is key to new ideas, and to ensuring a breadth of ideas and creativity. The IWTTF promotes and celebrates this diversity which can only be good for the industry as a whole.

To be nominated for, let alone win, such an award, which recognises effort & achievement in a tough industry, battling challenging conditions is an incredible endorsement of hard work and persistence.
