Carla Francisco is Head of People at Conscious Hotels and Hotel V, where she leads the people strategy for two fast-growing hospitality organisations. With more than 15 years of industry experience, she has built a multidisciplinary career spanning hotel operations, revenue management, distribution technology, international project management and HR leadership.
A tech-savvy people leader and certified Professional Scrum Master, Carla combines commercial understanding with a strong commitment to employee experience, inclusive culture and sustainable organisational development. She advises executives and managers on talent, performance, recruitment and organisational change, while championing collaboration, ownership and professional growth.
Carla holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and has completed advanced studies in hospitality revenue management at Cornell University. As an IWTTF Awards judge, she brings a practical, people-centred perspective to assessing how organisations translate their commitments to inclusion into meaningful and lasting workplace and business impact.
