Martine Conings is Hotel Director of NH Noordwijk Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst, one of the Netherlands’ largest conference hotels, with 513 rooms and 123 meeting spaces. Having spent more than 25 years with Minor Hotels, she began her career as an intern before progressing through a range of operational and management roles to her current position.
A people-focused leader, Martine is passionate about talent development, learning and inclusive workplace cultures. Under her leadership, NH Leeuwenhorst was named Best Hospitality Training Company 2024/2025, recognizing its strong commitment to developing future hospitality talent.
Martine has also championed initiatives that create employment opportunities for people facing barriers to the labour market, partnering with local organizations to support workforce inclusion and diverse talent pipelines.
She brings valuable insights on hospitality leadership, people development and building inclusive teams.
