Lina has over 20 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a background spanning hospitality, retail, technology and healthcare. She is also an EMCC-qualified coach, and throughout her career she has been passionate about helping people and organisations grow through learning, leadership development, performance management and organisational change.
She is naturally curious and enjoy exploring new ideas, finding practical solutions and connecting people to make a positive difference. Travel has always been a transformational part of her own life, broadening her perspective, challenging her thinking and helping her appreciate different cultures and ways of working. It has strengthened her belief that the best learning often happens through new experiences and meaningful connections.
She is looking forward to judging the IWTTF Awards and learning about the inspiring work and achievements of this year’s finalists.
