Debbie is Managing Director of Jules Verne and Chair of AWTE, the Association of Women Travel Executives. With more than 30 years in the travel industry, she is a passionate advocate for human-centred leadership, psychological safety and creating workplaces where people feel valued, heard and able to thrive.

A qualified coach, NLP practitioner and trauma-informed leader, Debbie is passionate about helping others understand the impact that psychological safety, belonging and trust can have on both well-being and performance. Through her leadership role and her work with AWTE, she champions open conversations about authentic leadership, inclusion and creating cultures where people can bring their whole selves to work.

She is a regular speaker on leadership, resilience and the power of leading with humanity, drawing on her own experiences of building high-performing teams and navigating change with empathy and courage.
