Henrik A. Lund is Managing Director of the HX Foundation, the philanthropic arm of HX Expeditions, the world’s leading expedition cruise company. He also serves as Chair of the Board at the Bellona Foundation. A recognized leader in philanthropy, sustainability, and green investments, he has revitalized the HX Foundation after Covid, strengthening its impact on sustainability and community projects, and driven international growth at Bellona. Previously, he was chief-of-staff for José María Figueres, former President of Costa Rica. Henrik has served on the boards of several start-ups accelerating the transition to a greener economy. He holds an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics, an MSc from LSE, and a BSFS from Georgetown University.
