
Director of Strategy, Advantage Travel Partnership
A dedicated and passionate advocate of the travel sector, Lee has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in the 16 years since joining the industry and has held roles in strategy, operations, product, sales, and tour operating, driving change and success for travel businesses and is passionate about inspiring next-generation talent.
Beginning his career in 2009, Lee entered the travel industry as a retail apprentice before honing his skills through specialist product and tour operating roles.
In 2016, he joined Advantage to spearhead the creation and launch of the Advantage Holidays tour operation. Most recently, in 2024, Lee became Director of Strategy, with a remit to lead the development and execution of the organisation’s ambitious strategic growth plans.
Lee sits on the board of the Institute of Travel and Tourism and is Vice Chair of the ITT Education & Training committee.
