Nadira Lalji

Co-Founder, Inhabit Hotels

Before beginning her career in hospitality, Nadira Lalji graduated from Harvard University in 2009, held the John Eliot Scholarship at Cambridge University, and received an MBA from Harvard Business School. Nadira has worked to help aspiring businesswomen in developing countries gain access to capital, co-directing a microfinance organization, and as a management consultant working to bridge divides between public and private organisations such as New York Housing Authority, MilkPEP, UNCF, and pharmaceutical companies entering the criminal justice sector. Today, Inhabit Hotels, which she co-founded in 2017, is on a mission to create restorative, environmentally and socially-conscious places to stay in the city. She has recently opened the second Inhabit Hotels property, the new Inhabit Queen’s Gardens, in Bayswater, London.
