Hannah Leach is Employee Experience and Culture Director at Carnival UK, where she leads on the company’s approach to Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Wellbeing and Belonging and Inclusion.
During the past three years, the company has been driving an assertive agenda around its culture, in an endeavour to become truly purpose-led and shape an environment where everyone feels valued and that they belong.

Prior to Carnival UK, Hannah spent ten years working in professional services as a corporate communications specialist. She credits “growing up” in the sector for instilling a passion for cultural development and social purpose, with the industry leading the way on themes relating to gender-balance and social mobility.
