Founder & Director, Moonlight Experiences
Aisha Shaibu is an LGBTQ+ activist and founder of Moonlight Experiences; an award-winning experiences and events platform dedicated to decolonizing travel and celebration of diverse queer culture. Through harnessing the economic power of tourism & nightlife Moonlight Experiences centres queer women, non-binary and Black/POC members to tackle the lack of diversity. Aisha has also been an architect of diverse parties, festivals, and events collaborating with brands and institutions, designed within an intersectional framework. Aisha’s activism and community contribution extend to the work she does as Head of Community Engagement for UK Black Pride and as a Trustee for GiveOut.
